How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Stocked items are normally available for delivery to all UK mainland addresses in 2-5 working days. Delivery lead times may vary dependent on type or stock availability. Please check individual items for estimated delivery lead times.

What if I’m in a hurry?

Next day delivery is available*. Customers local to our warehouse in Staffordshire may also be able to Click & Collect stocked items within 24 hours. Please check individual items for stock availability.Your Order will be delivered by a 7am to 7pm courier service. You will receive a telephone call to arrange a suitable delivery date, along with a text message and email.

Can I choose a delivery date?

We will contact you via SMS text message or email with a proposed delivery date and 3 hour slot time. If the date we propose is not suitable you are free to agree an alternative delivery date with the courier direct.

Important Information

Palletised Deliveries

Please note we do advise not to book plumbers or installers until you have all the goods in your possession in perfect condition. This is to avoid any unforeseen delays especially if the installer is ready to start work.Please ensure you report any damages to our Customer Services Department within 24 hours of delivery.

Please ensure you document any missing items on the delivery note and/or the handheld device and report them to Customer Services Department within 24 hours of delivery.Please note all claims will be investigated before a replacement is authorized. Once a replacement is confirmed, we will ensure the product(s) are replaced free of charge with the minimum inconvenience to yourself.

For palletised deliveries, the goods will be delivered as close as possible to your front door. If this location is unreachable for any reason, such as a narrow street, up a flight of stairs (such as flats), or any other obstruction, delivery will be made as near to your property as possible.

The driver is NOT insured to take the goods inside your property. It is strongly recommended that at least 2 able bodied persons are available to receive the delivery and carry the goods inside.

Re-delivery Charges

As detailed in our terms and conditions, once your delivery is confirmed, if you do not wish to proceed with the planned delivery, you must notify us by no later than 18:00 on the evening prior to the planned delivery. Failure to notify us by this time will result in a re-delivery charge being applied. A summary of these charges is detailed below:

  • Standard re-delivery charge – (estimated 3-5 working days) – £28.50
  • Next day re-delivery charge – next available working day – £38.50
  • Guaranteed re-delivery charge – any specified delivery date – £44.95

These charges are also applicable to orders which have been purchased with a ‘free delivery’ promotion.
